The purpose of this course is to help teachers effectively manage their classrooms and students with consistency and conviction through purposeful and positive planning and interactions.
Who is This Course For:
This course is for anyone that wants to Be. The. Bomb in their classroom consistently, passionately and with joy while holding students accountable and implementing effective teaching practices.
Work to create the class that students race to each day
Set the tone for their learning environment
Learn how to create a culturally responsive classroom that includes and reflects your diverse learners
Establish class rituals that include and draw their students in
Develop learning materials and lessons that are culturally diverse, inclusive, and inviting to all of their students
Discover how to carve out time for culturally diverse lessons and activities
Set high expectations for student participation, behavior, and work ethic and hold them accountable for meeting those expectations.
Learn how to effectively communicate with students, parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Be the culturally responsive teacher that you want to be even when you don't have administrative buy-in
Decrease feelings of being overwhelmed by establishing routines and procedures that are effective, timely, and manageable
Identify ways to manage disruptive or needy students.
Teach students how to communicate and interact with their peers in a respectful and cooperative manner

My name is Tania N. Davis and I am a passionate educator whom loves to TEACH! I have been teaching for 16 years. My entire teaching career has been working in Title I schools.
When I am teaching, I am in my element and I am tapping into some of the greatest aspects of myself. I know that developing solid and mutually respectful relationships is the BEST formula for successfully managed classrooms. I would love to show you how to effectively establish and maintain these important relationships.
